FAQ'S

1. Can I return or exchange items?

  • Yes, you can return any garment/item or exchange it for a different size/item. However, the item(s) being returned or exchanged must not be damaged, worn, or washed. The Teron staff will review every product returned.
  • After 15 days of receiving product, no items can be returned or exchanged.
  • We currently do not offer return shipping labels. Please note that you will need to pay your local shipping office to have items returned or exchanged.

2. I emailed customer service, how long does it take to receive an response?

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for an response, we will get to your question/issue ASAP.

3. How long does it take to receive my order after purchasing?

  • Please allow 1-2 business days as we prepare your item(s) to ship.
  • After your item(s) have shipped, please allow 2 to 5 business days with delivery.
  • Also, please note! Due to Covid-19, shipping time maybe delayed due to unforeseen situations with shipping companies. 

4. Do you ship outside of the US?

  • Yes, we ship internationally. Orders can take up 7 to 10 business days depending on the carrier. Please following the tracking of the order after it has shipped.
